Kapii ("we," "us") builds websites, chat bots, voice bots, and custom AI systems. This page explains what information we collect when you contact us or use the quote calculator on this site, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you submit our contact form or the pricing page's quote calculator, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address and/or phone number (whichever you give us to reach you)
- Any project details, notes, or service selections you include
We do not use cookies or tracking scripts to collect this information — it's only what you type into the form yourself.
How we use it
We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry, follow up about your project, and provide you with a quote. We keep it on file for future reference — for example, if you come back later to start a project or ask a follow-up question, we won't need to ask you to repeat yourself.
Where it's stored
Submissions are stored in our database (hosted by Supabase) and a copy is sent to our internal notification channel so our team sees new inquiries promptly. Access to stored submissions is restricted to Kapii; the public-facing form can only add new entries and cannot read, edit, or delete existing ones.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. It is used internally by Kapii only, to communicate with you about your inquiry or project.
How long we keep it
We retain your information for as long as it's useful for future reference — there's no automatic deletion date. You can ask us to delete it at any time (see below), and we will.
Your right to delete your data
If you'd like us to delete the information you've submitted, email us at operationskapii.org@gmail.com with the name, email, or phone number you used, and we'll remove it from our records. We'll confirm once it's done.
Payments
We never collect payment details on this website. When a project is confirmed, we send a secure payment link by email, processed by Payoneer or Cashfree. Your card or bank details are entered only on those providers' secure pages and are never seen or stored by Kapii. See our Terms & Payment Policy for the full payment and refund terms.
